My order arrived a little later than expected, but it still made it safely. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and felt relieved once it got here.

I had a faulty part and got in touch about the warranty. Merlin was great, from his tone, I could tell he wasn’t going to make it a hassle. He sorted it quickly with no messing about, which I really appreciated.

I didn’t get the usual email later saying something was unavailable or waiting on a supplier, it was just picked, packed, and sent out. It arrived when expected too, which was a relief because I needed the parts for the weekend. Simple stuff really, but it makes a big difference

When the bike first arrived from Merlin, my immediate impression was that it had been built and packed really well. Everything looked safe in the box, the brakes felt good straight away, and most of the setup was pretty much spot on. After my first ride I did notice the gears needed a small tweak and the bars were just a little off centre, but it was nothing major. Overall I’m happy with it, maybe not perfect straight out of the box, but a good experience overall.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that it took a few days before I heard anything after they got it back. I kept checking my emails more than I probably needed to, just waiting for an update.
The refund came through fine in the end though, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall it was a decent experience, and I’d still use them again.
